Vision SharingDuring the Vision SharingTM meeting, we typically meet with your business leadership team to set goals in areas such as: lead generation, sales, brand growth, social engagement, website optimization and culture development.
Strategy PlanningOnce we have a shared vision for how you want to grow your business, the Giants will get busy putting together a comprehensive marketing plan for you to review.
Strategy ExecutionDuring this phase you can expect to have frequent meetings with your Giant Account Leader to review your marketing strategy and receive progress reports on how your projects are coming along and performing in the marketplace.
